Make this the Assault suit bonus because the shield regen is great for shield tankers (the Caldari) and dual tankers but is worthless to Armor tankers. Leave the regen bonus as the Caldari bonus.

This isn't a terrible idea. Seems like a lot of work for a very rare situation where the hives are so clustered you cannot tell which repairs from the minimap but not bad. Also sends crazy flags to the enemy, which I kind of like.
