I agree or at least give the ability to another faction so plasma cannon users have access to the much needed reload bonus. |

Caldari assaults are already monstrous, thatd just makem beastier, i agree that the commando suit could use the bonus though, sounds reasonable to me. Id personally say the 10% reload speed should be subset skill for each individual gun,like sharpshooter, but oh well. |

Its matches their suits well, and we know that the rest of the suits will be getting more bonuses added. So let the caldari get a jump on it. |

Just sprint glitch the reload, way faster than any buff to reload speed.
Sprint as soon as the clip hits the gun and you can cut off a good 20-25% of ARs reload speed. |

Make this the Assault suit bonus because the shield regen is great for shield tankers (the Caldari) and dual tankers but is worthless to Armor tankers. Leave the regen bonus as the Caldari bonus. |

Plasma cannon is already hard enough to use without adding the slow factor of a heavy suit. |

I value the reload speed to be one of the worst possible traits to improve upon at the current levels there are extraordinary few weapons in dust 514 with 'notable' reload times those being 2 heavy and 1 launcher, but that is just my opinion. |
