Anything with high rof crushes scouts because the pure amount of bullets you can put down range and AA. Try to kill a strafing scout with a precision weapon up close like a PlC, forge, shotgun or sniper...talk about hard.

I don't think you have to get rid of it, just limit it more than it is currently. When not moving pull the camera closer to the turret, similar to ADS but not as far. You should still see some of the sides but towards the rear you lose visibility...
