funny thing is for me is that i never directed my hate towards CCP Rouge. i generally send my hate/love to CCP as a whole and not to one specific person (if and when i ever do that) or not at all. unless i know for sure that one specific person caused something severe to happen.

Just because a games becomes available on pc doesn't mean it will be popular. Many good games on steam haven't sold over 1000 copies.
And the free to play fps scene is a scary place with.

Tribes ascend( making a return)
Now yes pc is objectively better performance wise with higher graphics and the ability to have fps over 60 ,unless the physics of game are tied to the framerate then in which case your stuck at whatever the devs decided. Mouse is objectively superior in aiming than the right analog stick as you much more finesse and speed whithout deadspots ( pc also supports higher fov in most cases which is also a big plus)
So yes pc is performance wise better.
Performance wise.
But the are many other things tied into it.
Cost.
Maintenence and upgrades.
User comfort.
1st party titles
Many people see sitting at a desk to be close to what they do at work.
Local multiplayer.
Controlers vs kbm familiarity
Tech knowledge
It is wrong in all honesty to claim one is superior to the other as both have major advantages and disadvantages. Without taking into what peoples income, past gaming experience, the way they game and what games they enjoy are also huge factors in the debate.
So yes as an a opinion pc is better but as claiming it as a fact is wrong. But fallout 4 will be amazibg on my rig. mods for days!!

Some people are hate bolt pistols. You are more of a hate mass driver. I am sure CCP appreciates the generalized hate. It is a warm blanket they wrap themselves in at night. I am joking. I can say with a great degree of confidence the OP knows about all that. He has been around the game quite a long time. Since well before FF 14.
My guess is that his optimism is based on a love for the game as well as being heavily invested in the game on several fronts.
I may disagree with his post, but its no reason to assume ignorance or to suggest his optimism has less weight than your pessimism.

Real common corporate structure, there's a Chief Exec and then a Board of Execs. Its a much better setup than a SoleProprietorship-type of deal once a company grows past a certain point. Seriously, after a while theres no way one indiviual could even remotely be responsible about all aspects of a company. There's just too many moving parts.

Not going to expand on my earlier post but there are a couple of untruths that have been mentioned since I posted that. The silly thing that most of them are easily found to be wrong with a quick Google search or even a search of these forums.
But some like to repeat them because it lends 'evidence' to back up assertions that are in fact opinions.
1. There was never an exclusivity deal between CCP and Sony.
CCP are free to publish this game on whatever format them wish. Now the fact that Hilmar told me that himself should be enough but Google it and you'll find the interview he gave confirming it. Sony and CCP do in fact still have a very strong relationship. Sony are rubbing their hands at the thought of how many Morpheus/PS4 package deals that Valkyrie is going to sell for them.
Sony used to have a 3 month QA process for game updates. Working closely with CCP enabled them to streamline the process down to a month, which has in turn benefited every game on the PSN.
2. Sony wasn't making a profit from Dust.
Bollocks. Sony take a cut of AUR sales via the PlayStation Store and Sonys 'cost' for the game is the storage of it on it's vast server farms. It's like saying Donald Trump is running at a loss because one tenant in a building that he owns in a town he's never been it, is a week late with their rent. The game makes a profit for CCP so of course so does Sony.
3. Eve Online funded Dust.
Again a falsehood spread by Eve players who don't seem to understand the basic premise that once you relinquish your money to a vendor, you lose all say in how that money spent by said vendor. CCP funded Dust and did so via venture capitalists as someone earlier linked.

They also make threads in Test Server Feedback claiming they are entitled to round-the-clock access to the Test server and that setting it to Dev-only for any reason is unacceptable.

There are a few multiplayer PC games that have made a coexisting port to PS4, not just with the two player-bases separated, but with PC players and PS4 players playing alongside one another. I've had plenty of fun with these games and never once felt I was at a significant disadvantage to PC players (despite "PC master race" arguments).
I will reiterate my opinion of the platform for which Legion is released. I would be fine if they put in on PC first, and later ported to PS4.

What's wrong with my post? Did or did not CCP do those things? The only one that seems to suggest to weight anything is you with your post. He can make his believes based on words and I can make mine on previous actions.
But if a man can't even voice another view then what's the point of this forum? Circle jerking each other off like most of the people here already do?

I'm no corporate apologist but that bit, based on some of the nasty comments in these forums and in-game from capsuleers, had me laugh. Tbh I don't agree with the logic but can only imagine some of the megalomanicism that goes on. I do also try to remember not everyone EVEside is like that (my local on DUSTs release had a ton of capsuleers trying to help NewEden noobs like me) and DUSTside some of us are probably just as bad if not worse at times. Myself included.

anyway i sold my ps4 and wouldn't buy another one for DUST, I have my PC and do want to ugprade it, I'd get Legion or DUST for PC any day.

You can't do that because the game is based in New Eden. The whole point is for all players in New Eden games to share the same world.
Imagine you were trying to take a planet, but your Corporation is on PS4 and you can't touch that planet because everyone who owns it is on PC. Not fun.
