Since 1.8 released, getting more soft-freezes, where the game stops rendering for 1-4 seconds, and not accepting input; during this time, the game seems to continue, as enemies can still kill me, and I can still splat-out from falling from heights.
Before 1.7 - practically non-existing for me. During 1.7 - only once per match, only in early matches in a session, and only during the first 30-or-so seconds (with MCC being non-usable in case of freezes while dropping) During 1.8 - much more frequent, happens at any time during the matches and in any match

Some thing I've observed.
- Weapons can lock up on you when rapidly switching rifles.
- I've never heard the sound effect for the activation or deactivation of a cloaked user when in cqc range.
- cloaked users sometimes appear completely invisible when sprinting except when they come within cqc range.

Laser Rifle heat cost is the same on all tiers basic, advanced and prototype at 21.00 per second
You CCP stated that the heat cost was going to be improved you made them worse.
I don't even know why I bother.

Is there perhaps a way to get an idea of when you will fix some of these? Really I only care about the "shield and armor not being fully there" and the "Forge gun not firing" problems.
I'm sure you guys are hard at work and it may be near impossible to give an ETA of the fix, but perhaps shed a little light on the problem to help ease my poor addled little mind? ~(._.~)
(Also I know you guys get a lot of hate, I have given you some as well, but it's all out of frustration and most people don't know what a glitch in a gaming system is and the problem it is to hunt it down and fix it. So keep up the hard work fella's!)

BUG-
When switching suits at a supply depot, sometimes it doesn't give you your full equipment.
Example- Logi Ak.O suit with 3 sets of uplinks switch to Logi Ak.O with same set up in HIGH/LOW/GUNS/Nades but 3 scanners instead only 1 scanner shows up on the suit
To remedy I have to switch to another suit.... templar... mini... gal.... and then back to the Logi Ak.O and then all the equipment shows up. After doing this I have also noticed the "underwater" sound effect for the rest of the game. Chat is clear as day but all in game sound is very muffled.
Have tried this in pubs and PC and the bug happens both places.
Everyone has a plan until you punch em in the face!

I have just obtained the C-1 scout and I applied a basic cloak and the fifteen percent bonus did not apply , now while fifteen percent isn't a lot .. some change in the usage should have registered and I noticed no change .
There should have been at least a slight reduction .
Leave all negative comments about tanks in the bin marked " TRASH " and we'll get to it as soon as possible . Thank You

Shoot while cloaked bug
When hacking an objective, press R2 to switch weapons, once the hack has completed you will be able to switch between your primary and secondary while cloaked and shoot a few shots while cloaked as well until the cloak duration timer ends.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

Not only does this glitch let you have your weapon up ready to fire you can shoulder up and aim before firing, and about half the time It lets you grenade while staying cloaked.

- Minmatar Basic Heavy Frame has a shield recharge rate of 8.5, should be 20
- Multiple reports of shotgun and Ion Pistol damage not registering correctly
- Imperial Commando ak.0 has a sidearm slot instead of an additional high.
- Forge guns are reported to have issues with firing (no round exits gun on first shot, holding the trigger will fire the second).
- Gallente Militia Heavy does not have any base armour repair
- A large number of skills do not appear to be applying on spawn, including dropsuit skills, weapon skills and core skills. Extent is unconfirmed and still under investigation
- Commando Suits have 240 melee damage instead of 150
- Gallente, Minmatar and Caldari Heavy Basic frames do not get increased PG/CPU with higher tiers.
As always, please only post new issues encountered in Uprising 1.8 Are you aware of the issue where the ion pistol and bolt pistol cant shoot past their effective range? |

Confirmed: Forge gun is terrible. You can't tell if it's going to fire or not.
Timer on the redline.
Had it kill me three times today. Once in my dropships. Exploded with 6 seconds left. Didn't know if it was the timer for sure so I tried it again and got the same result. Tried it on the ground as well. Had a suicide at 6 seconds left on the timer.
The timer is also inconsistent with when it stops the countdown. Sometimes I will be 200 meters or so out of it before the timer stops. The aerial aspect of the timer seems to confuse the countdown further.
We can pickle that.

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but while deployed in battle the scout Ck.0 has a label of being a "Basic" frame in the suit info that pops up when looking at an ally or enemy.

Dropsuit's Armor Repairer modules (at least the enhanced and complex ones) sometimes have a "dead zone" of 2 to 10 seconds when they will stop repairing armor.

Something is bugged about the amarr logi bonus. It either isn't applying properly or the tacnet isn't displaying the correct spawn times when you highlight the uplink. (or both)
Also, can a dev explain exactly how it's supposed to work? I can't really test it well unless I know how it's supposed to work.(i.e., when dying or switching suits what happens to the properties of the uplink?)

Add sprint bug to your list. Whenever you shoot any weapon or use an equipment and quickly sprint it slows you down slower than a heavy.

When I run around with uplinks the game glitches and makes me change weapons before I can use another uplink. It also will stop me sprinting so I have to crouch before I can sprint again. |

All Commandos don't have the +5% to sidearm reload speed as stated in the patch notes...
I Specced into this just for that bonus, only to notice right after that the sidearm reload speed bonus isn't present on the commando
I really hope this was just "forgotten" and not intentionally left out... because leaving that in the patch notes would be really decieving and I would have rather spent those skill points into something I will use....
I don't like to use light weapons on my commando I feel too Over Powered.
Honestly I thought you were doing the Sidearm /Commando events at the same time BECAUSE THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SIDEARM RELOAD BONUS FROM THE COMMANDO

I restocked a suit when I was in a lav and went out of the pause screen and got out of my lav and noticed it was under ground and I could still get in it but it was in a pit or somthing and couldnt go far. I just recalled brang in a new one.
