No, just no. There is no problem with swarm besides the fact that dropships, have no way to counter them. This argument has been settled before. Make swarms faster, make dropships have countermeasures and radar lock on warning.

I posted a while back suggesting scout units being able to roll or slide. The would be a tactic similar to the lunge in halo reach that would allow shotgunners and nova knifers to get closer to their target. No duel wielding though.
