LR needs to hit out to 120m, don't change the damage when up close. This should be achieved via a sharpshooter skill, to reward people who invest deeply into the weapon. I haven't been able to use it effectively since 1.6 hit.

Signed. TTK was too long in 1.3, and slightly too short in 1.4/1.5. As of 1.6 it's game-breaking. As punishment, anyone saying it's fine should have to grind up their tripple SP with a LR. Not all weapons need a nerf.
