Make them DM rifle it's own weapon with a separate skill tree. It's not a sniper rifle and should not be labeled as such. It's bad enough that so many ignorant fools in Dust want to force actual snipers to be DMs, when the two roles are completely...

+1. I don't know why this effect was removed in the first place (likely from whiny dropship pilots complaining that they couldn't harass lone targets easy enough), but it was the only reason to carry a flaylock.
