Nah, a dot would be too precise for hip-fire. An open center cross like most other weapons have for hip-fire would be fine, but it'll never happen. CCP is on a never-ending campaign to punish snipers.

Pending spawns on letters are stopped as soon as the hack begins. Pending spawns on CRUs don't stop until after the hack is complete.
