I'd rather that both variants just got a 0.5 second charge-up time. But then also reduce the clip size a bit (I have no idea why it's so large for a weapon with that rate of fire), and greatly increase hip-fire recoil. Then it wouldn't be so great...

I've encountered similar problems, sometimes also after throwing a grenade. Also something strange, sometimes it auto switches my weapons twice, back to what I originally switched from.
