Another vote for resticky. Not sure why this is "scouts rejoice" though - after checking fits with stacking penalties applied to dampeners, proto Gallente scouts now need all four slots to avoid 15dB scanners... not a very likely fit. Medium suit...

1000 SP is the limit after you reach your weekly cap (it will say bonus SP exhausted on the battle recap screen). If you have a 1.5 or 2x booster, it can be up to 1500 or 2000 SP per battle, assuming you reach 1000+ WP.
