Came across a bug today in which I would immediately decloak after activating the cloak, despite having a full cloak meter. Switching suits at a supply depot fixed the problem.

The thing is, it doesn't stop spamming. It's a big middle finger to guys who specced into that equipment just for the bonus, but other than that, it actually encourages MORE spamming (in the case of nanohives, since your hives are 2/3rds as effect...

Max damage on a charge swipe is 1613 HP. This is using a Lv5 Minmatar scout with proficiency 5 and three complex damage mods.

NKs are probably one of the hardest weapons to use well, but they are SO rewarding when you do. Lightning Bolt2 is probably the best scout I've seen who uses them consistently. I'd suggest getting them at least to Lv3, then trying the AUR or LP ...
