The suits have all had their rep-rate adjusted based on frame size and race: there is not reason the GalScout should break that mold.

Meh, swarm turrets are a fine idea. Don't see ho this helps ADSs particularly. If anything it makes LAVs more useful as vehicle hunters (which is cool.) ADS needs the ability to saturate an area with explosions/plasma/lasers/railwhatevers.
