Still, this is not a bad idea. Can allow to seperate things like MCRU and Scanner from the slots that are needed for tanking. This could fix our shield vehicle deficiency without being too easily abused since only "rigs" could fit in rigging slots.

That's really strange, every other weapon is identical when comparing STD and MLT, why would the damage be lower? Maybe because there is no clip to shorten? I'd honestly rather see a longer charge up time then less damage. :(
