While it does keep it out of CQC, the Aim-Down-Sights suffers as well. It's not that usable anymore as it was for long range. Keep Hip Fire kick, but slightly reduce ADS kick. I don't seeanything wrong with the ARR yet.

I agree whole heartedly. What about a fourth shot? The magazine would still be 50% of the basic one, but fires slower and has that reload speed that takes ages to get through.
