And I agree that we don't want to promote spam. I don't think we would have the same results as the broken ass 360-¦ scan days, but it should not be as farmably broken for WP as some other "Logi Power" boosting that happens.

As Atiim said, the Caldari barely get rewarded, but that's more than 0, if my math is correct. I know information is an awesome trait, which is why I put it in the OP, and I DO appreciate it, I'm just a bit bothered that the game doesn't recognize your efforts towards the team.

If we reward players with +15 Intel Kill Assists for every and any kill that was scanned by your doing, then if you're running Perma-Scans, you'd be a WP Factory. +5 Would be a nice start, or removing team scans and going back to squad scans. Why should I bust my ass and pull out the ultimate scan fit when I won't be rewarded, and be targeted? I want and need an incentive.

I have been species into Gallente Logistics since day 1 of Uprising 1.0, and have never really been rewarded for my efforts. It pretty much turned me into a gimped assault. What happens if one person is scanned by two or more different people? Should all of them get the intel kill assist for scanning the same person? I think people who scan should get war points for intel kill assists, its providing a service sometimes more useful than the nano hives, repair tools, and uplinks, although all four are quite useful and have a place in the battlefield.

If team scans fail to award earnings then the existence of team scans is effectively a net nerf to the potential earnings of support players who run active scanners and putting a further burden on players for providing a tactical value is far from ideal. 0.02 ISK Cross See a cool idea thread? In all honesty I would rather see active team scans removed entirely than the 'soft nerf' of having yet another support action drawing from the pool of support actions without compensation and then further depressing the total of potential earnings and by extension average inclination to play tactically. Is it the biggest thing in the world? Certainly not, but even if it's a minor factor I would still very much like to see it addressed. 0.02 ISK Cross See a cool idea thread?
