I used to play Dust every night. I would normally cap out on my main over the weekend, so I had an alt on another PSN I would break out before the weekly reset, I'd say I averaged an hour or two a week of gametime on that character for over a year...

I would like to see whatever numbers CCP has that made them think proto swarms needed a nerf. It's only about a 5% reduction to total damage (before factoring in damage mods, proficiency, or shield/armor efficiency) which honestly wouldn't be game...
