When in a factional warfare it only takes one person with a gun and a nanite injector to severely hurt your in-game score and kill/death ratio by killing you, reviving you, killing you, reviving you......
Why aren't they being removed from battle and temporarily banned?
Why can they revive you an infinite number of times? (really this shouldn't be allowed in any game mode)
Please fix this problem ASAP

I blew up a turret while a red was hacking it (to avoid it shooting at me) once and got removed from battle and banned for 24 hours. I thought that was the rules. |

For some reason they don't get banned. idk. But needs fixed.

It won't be, we've been doing this since FW was introduced. CCP is big on player freedom, they know that it isn't their place to tell people how to play their games.

Wonderful. And I agree, it isn't their place to tell people how to play the game.... until how a person plays the game seriously affects another players ability to enjoy it, just 2 days ago my friend who had been playing Dust since the Beta quit because of you guys. It becomes a serious issue when it's harming an already small community and making others leave. Why do you even put in the time and effort to hurt others?

If this actually hurt you you take this game far too seriously, but we already know that don't we. If Dust were a good game your friend wouldn't have left it over one run in with us.
People are leaving this game and fresh blood isn't cycling in the game is dying and as awesome as it would be if we could take credit for it CCP is really to blame.

Dust is enjoyable because of the lawless insanity that it fosters, not in spite of it. If you want a game where blues are blue and reds are red, there are hundreds of other options out there. If you want a game where literally anyone can stab you in the back for any reason (or no reason at all) your options are pretty limited.
If you take a video game too seriously, you will have a bad time. If your friend can't handle this kind of gameplay, he was right to quit playing... the game is not for him. As small as Dust's playerbase is, people should play the games they enjoy, not the ones that frustrate them.
If you really want to have fun in Dust, get creative. Don't treat it as a shooter, treat it as a spy game. Infiltrate someone else's corp, spy on them, earn their trust. It's a challenge because you have to fool real people, who have every reason not to trust you... sometimes you win, and sometimes you'll lose. It's an amazing thing to stomp other players in proto gear, paid for by isk you stole from them.
If that doesn't sound like fun to you, follow your friends lead and find a new game. Find something fun for you. |

A game doesn't have to be good to be fun, Gotham City Imposters is another shooting game with many bugs and glitches but I still find it very enjoyable. And he's encountered people such as yourself many times throughout his Dust playing but just recently it had increased and he got tired of it. It wasn't just one incident. And yep, CCP is the number one reason that the community is failing and decreasing, you're number two. I guess you should be happy, you were still quite the contributor. And you never answered.. why do you thrive on ruining peoples enjoyment?

That's where you have it wrong, it's not the game frustrating him, it's you, the people. He loved playing Dust and was a very active player but simply got tired of people ruining it for him. actually it is people like you killing the game. Yes people shouldn't get so bothered over it but it's.frustrating when your being hampered because your own team is either American and thus struggle to tell friend from foe...or they know they can't beat the enemy so find other ways to amuse themselves....which leads to trolling which follows to people leaving because why feed the trolls?
If Preparation is half of the battle and knowing is the other half, Then there is no need to fight.

I like ruining video games for people who take video games too seriously, yes. It encourages them to do something other than take video games too seriously.
This is a shooter. The game centers around killing each other. Shooting a blue is no more sadistic than shooting a red; it just creates more interesting results. Again, if you want a game that's completely black and white as far as friend/foe, you have options. Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Destiny will be out soon...
CCP killed this game. Teamkillers made this game interesting. |

So it's entire pages of threads of people asking Ccp to change us? It's not game mechanics, the endless list of bugs, poor performance, it's us? Give me one example where goons managed to use something that wasn't broken, badly designed, or otherwise a bad idea and turned it on it's head. Listen if you emotionally attach yourself to this game (speaking from experience) it will ruin your day, and the worst thing is, you let it happen. Because you placed your personal identity in something fictional, something that has no bearing, no importance in who you are in the real world. If you can't handle bullies, if you can't handle insecurities than a place of little consequences is no place for you. Finding the path to maturity through real life support groups or places that actually foster support groups is. You have to find your way in this hellhole of world, if you can't handle **** that doesn't matter, then who are you to judge? Being a person who likes to get into debates and expand and build upon my views, I encounter a lot of stupid people, I still usually reply, but sometimes there are too many illogical people posting stupid things and I just get overloaded. I can't ******* do this. It's just reaches this point where I laugh it off, have homicidal thoughts, and go watch some bestgore. Not a hack genius. In FW there is a threshold of friendly damage you can do per match. Once you cross the threshold you lose faction standing and get banned from FW until downtime. When you get close to the limit you get a warning. So quit crying and learn your game mechanics. What needs to happen is a deny revive button but that is probably in legion.

thats because you need 5 kills.. but the perp is killing +1 then reviving -1 so basically they are at a constant 0.5
