1: As many people said, this would only buff it towards infantry. Try not just standing there. if you're 200m away, the thing isn't doing much at all but missing tbh. A better thing to do would be to nerf it's tracking slightly. 2: Needs less DPS...

this . Top part. "Vehicle hardeners have been reduced in effectiveness (Armour 40% -> 25%, Shield 60% -> 40%)". Now, I'm not sure about the shield hardeners (they'll probably be fine), but for armor hardeners, this is a kick in the teeth....
