I actually like it but it shouldn't be instant - the skyfire should take 3 mins to charge and if just one objective gets hacked (even if the hack doesn't eventually end up going through), the timer gets reset.

This unfairly (and probably unintentionally) gimps armor repair for light suits in comparison to the larger frames. Also, it doesn't balance with shield reps, which only repair a set value per second.
