As an avid breach MD user, I'd say just buff the RoF to the same as the standard, even at the cost of reload speed. The painfully slow fire rate is the only reason why I don't use it 24/7.

AR is still in placeholder mode since it was the only rifle for a long time. Just have to wait for the combat and rail rifle come out so they can re-balance the AR and rename it to the blaster or whatever with its own weaknesses.
