+1. I have lots of these, and folders would be nice too. As we're sharing naming conventions, I name mine by frame race, tech level - weapon, grenade, equipment. So my proto gallogi with a scrambler rifle and locus grenade and uplink is GPRO-SCRLU.

The scrambler rifle is an excellent and well-balanced weapon. It does not need a buff, and it does not need a nerf. The only thing that might be worth changing is the overheat on the assault variant.
