Bear in mind that if someone has particularly high armour, they've stacked armour plates. This means that they won't have much regeneration as they won't have had slots for reps. The correct way to deal with these people is to whittle them down. ...

I think standings loss from FF should also be partially based on isk loss. It would be laughably easy to grief tankers with friendly fire especially once the small turrets no longer become a necessity as you'd only take 1 kill penalty for blowing...
