I think that changing the skill bonus shouldn't be that hard, since they stealth-changed vehicle engineering to the near-useless bonus it has now. But the fact that Armor can reach comparable, and even higher, raw hp and still fit the proper sized...

Hover mode would fix a lot of the aiming issues ADS have. I'd be for it. But health is definitely a must. Also, I think the ADS skill bonus should be looked at. 2% turret damage I get, but a measly 1% bonus to passive amps is not even worth it.
