Look CCP, maybe you had a good reason for this, but how are we to know when you haven't said anything?
We've had one dev make a few passing comments on character transfers, that's it. Do you know how that makes us feel?
Look at the forums, they've exploded, it's not healthy. Please, just tell us something, anything.
What you did is not ok, but maybe we could understand if you just speak up.

Chances are, you aren't going to get any dev responses until perhaps tomorrow morning Icelandic time (doubtful though since addressing the backlash from their "exciting" news probably wasn't on the agenda). It's currently just past midnight there and they're probably busy getting drunk.
