Why not a system like Borderlands? In that game if an enemy have an higher level than yours a skull appears next to his tag, the same can be applied to Dust with suits.

I would like a PRO or ADV compact nanohive, it's perfect for snipers but you can only carry one of them. Stats seems fine to me, but let us carry 2 or 3 of them, of course PG and CPU cost must be related to their level.
