The maximum IMO should be 4000 WP and after that it should deminish. Unless you make the max pertain to what class you use the most but I doubt that would work well. But this should be higher if it is a PC or FW match like 4500 at max

I wanted to test out the packed RE's are but when I tried it on a tank they did no damage. For further testing I tried them on myself but they killed me. I'm pretty sure this is a bug but you guys need to fix this

I think the equipment should be racial to the race since that would make sense. Having a remote explosive would be more practical on a minmatar and be more useful as where a drop uplink is more for just deployment purposes and really just for war...
