Supposedly they were looking into increasing MCC damage in Skirmishes when 5 capped. To be honest I'm not sure it solves the issue. A big factor of the payouts is time in battle.

It doesn't drive less competitive players away, it just makes them fight even more passively than they do in regular pubs. I started going into Cal FW in a BPO suit and being a blueberry just for the little payout to get my injectors for PC.
