That is true. But why shouldn't they have bullet travel time? All the games with OHK's have it. Also it will become the new FOTM if it gets this significant of a buff.

Also this game is nothing like any other game. Why would I compare it to another game? Snipers need to swap to forge guns if they want ohk's although i dont think many suits can survive a Thale's headshot

I'd rather have cool downs and make anyone able to call it in as long as a ship is there that is ready to fire. That way eve pilots have a bigger role.

Explosive dampening isn't enough. A resistance to damage added to the plates or put in a high slot would be happily accepted.
