It'd have to be a lower repair rate. Std - 20 Adv - 30 Proto - 40 Maybe less Std - 15 Adv - 25 Proto - 35 Maybe even a shield regen kick starter tool but that would need a cool down or overheat mechanic maybe. Stuff and things, etc.
