Simply put, specialising should offer something more. At the moment logibros get that but assault does not. To remedy this I propose that the assault suits should get two equipment slots. Simple.

The assault rifle isn't as pretty any more. I can scarcely tell the difference between my GEK and the militia version save for looking at the ammo counter. On a plus the new iron sights are beautiful: do not touch them.

Every player in a free suit should have a mandatory timer that does not allow them to respawn for at least half of the current bleed out time. I am sick of risking my expensive suit for people who hang on for two seconds and then just respawn.
