Yeah Im not expecting like a 9m radius here, the multiple allies bit is probably super situational. Its more to provide a quick revive from a distance where running up and using an injector would not be very feasible.

Correct. Repair Tools are not ready yet, but the AUR version got left in there by accident. When they finally fix the tools, there will be both ISK and AUR versions.
