I think they have to give the PSVita priority due to their contract, but there is no reason the neocom cannot be ported to android and even windows 8. I don't care about those iOS scrubs, they can enjoy their locked garden.

Missiles right now have too much damage in general, and too much direct damage and range in specific. That is why they completely outclass railguns. Splash weapons should do significantly less DPS to have any semblance of balance.

Honestly, with that map, we could have done the same thing with infantry; they can stand in places where they stare at the spawn. Doing it with the vehicles IS easier, but it was more for the lol factor. These maps are all terrible for mixed arms ...

While I don't care if they do this, it would be 1000000 times better if they just made the maps have actual interiors, roofs, walls, and tunnels so infantry have mobility and utility without being mere target practice for turrets.
