So as many of you have noticed, if you're in a vehicle and someone in the vehicle gets a kill, you all receive 35 Points for assisting. You may also notice that when a Dropship is full, nobody gets out.
One of the first things I did as a newbie bluedot was spawn in a Dropship to find I was gaining points for doing nothing, it was brilliant so I stayed there the entire match watching the ground go past me. Now I realise I was a stupid kitten, especially when the guy hovered by an objective expecting us to get out.
So, I'd like to see the removal of Assist points for Passengers only. This is for all Vehicles, so LAVs with 3 people inside (or two with the one guy in the passenger seat and the driver running people over) and Dropships, the Passengers will not receive points for doing nothing. People in Turrets will still get assist points, because they're actively doing stuff (or suppose to be).

I would actually remove it for the turret operators, too. If they helped with the kill they'll get an assist just like everyone else. Otherwise kill assists should go to the driver exclusively. |

I know its posted before, but if you fit a CRU, the driver should get points if someone spawns... |

I'd much rather see a "kick scrub" button on my tank or dropship. Possibly even a lock to squad option like Planetside has.
It does my head in when I pull up to an objective and the gunner refuses to get out and hack. Worse still if a squaddie jumps out to hack, some scrub just jumps in and steals his spot then proceeds to be super useful all match shooting the MCC.....
Suggesting removing the points is a bad idea tbh, knowing CCP they'll remove it completely. |

Yeah they should have a dropship deploy button for camping blue dots instead of this because if the dropship had no points what so ever nobody would spawn on them and they would be completely useless for me. |

Kick and lock is a necessity.
No passengers should get assists.
No turret or driver should get an assist unless they actually damaged the vehicle or player. Assists should be reduced to +25. |

Yes, let's make dropship pilots punished for their playstyle! That will surely get rid of them... if you get rid of vehicle assists you need to let them earn squad order bonuses. |

Bah fine. I really don't care if passengers get assists, so removing them doesn't strike me as a priority, but I suppose it is a good idea. |

This is needed for Pilots who have Passengers that never want to get out of the ship, it's stupidly annoying and they shouldn't be rewarded for it. Only the Pilot himself and the gunners should be awarded these points |

Maybe also allow drop-ship pilots to place capture orders for the passengers. 
This would work across squads, but only if order was active when they got out. This would be great for random passengers without mic to know you want them to take something. Could even work with hav, I will hop out to take obj if driver stops by it, hav normally has somebody else hop in though. |
