Yes but these ribbons and medal should be REALLY hard to get. Kills Ribbon : 8000 / 16000 / 32000 Help Actions (repair / revives / drop uplinks / scan) : 12000 / 24000 / 48000 etcetc... Should be reserved to REAL Vet.
