Long chat channel names self-truncate, and can no longer be manually joined. When you activate the ID and land, you can move sideways instantly (not forward) instead of waiting for the stand up animation.

I noticed the same thing (I run gallente w/2 enhanced plates) post 1.2 I am FAST when strafing. I see the teleporting every so often, and am seeing people rewind. But my ping is great.

Maybe consider changing your gameplay if Knives are how you want to go. They are more the stalker type weapon, if your prey spots you just run. You have a +40% to shields and a +20% to armor, your charged does double damage.

Breach weapons are for the 'Alpha' moments: Sure aim and massive damage. Their utility as a run-n-gun is up to the user, though the low ROF and the incredibly tight hit boxes would make hitting anything with a low profile a nightmare.
