Artillery would need drawbacks to prevent its use in CQC and replacing the railgun as the new iWin button. Turret rotation speed doesn't really balance it out.

Meh. I still fit both small turrets. Large missiles with small blasters makes it devastating against both vehicles and infantry. Makes me sad the majority of "tankers" don't fit small turrets now and as such I cannot help them when I run infantry.
