This is what the corp contracts are for. I guess they could add in an automated way for corp battles to be matched up, but realistically you're probably not going to get corps having 16 people just hanging out hoping for a match, anyway.

I hope they never add AI beyond the most rudimentary for turrets, and that if you want the thing to shoot at vehicles instead of infantry you put a player inside of it and tell him to aim that way.
