Most good gank squads run with multiple good logis and most the team will usually have injectors as the logi has the uplinks and hives. Indeed they can flee due to respawn, but then of course if a red came close to them they would just respawn. ...

This doesn't sound like a bad solution, 20 may be to short though as a team may be redlined and waiting for everyone to respawn in the MCC for a coordinated attack. But then again, if your redlined, most likely there hasn't been any coordination.
