Its not a problem at all, its a feature. Stop being cheap and just restock everything or, hit edit go into the fit and restock 2x the item you need.

A side thing for this would be for EVE to be able to transfer the Dusties "Jump Clones" or however you would term it. [Edit]: Would also put Dusties in space so the possibility of invading enemy ships using Boarding Torpedoes would be available.

That doesn't fix the reason why people get thrown into these matches, the reason being, people bailing out and uneven teams. Though your idea of a 50% cutoff is fine, what if one team is at 51% and the other is at 95%. You are going to have people...
