CCP believes the HMG is OP somehow. They're delusional. All weapon should have blueprints. Otherwise, how will players figure out what weapons they should skill up in without wasting skill points? They won't if there is no blueprint.

I agree. Drop uplinks should have a certain db profile which decreases as you move to more advanced versions and should only be seen through drop suits with a low enough precision to scan as well as active scanners. +1
