Assaults and Logi's do what they're supposed to do. Heavies need a slight buff, not too much as it's not that underpowered, but a slight one. Scouts need help ASAP.

I went to a PC match and the frame rate was still terrible. It has improved with the 1.3 fix, but it went from unplayable to almost playable. ALMOST. Time to figure out the next problem CCP.
