Knowing the exact battle start time when you launch the attack.

Personally, I support a timer window of +/- x hours and the removal of the 24/48 hours time till battle. IMO, battles should start 1 hour after the attack is launch if it falls within the timer window, otherwise the battle starts at the start of...

The current payouts are horrible. However, it seems CCP refuses to do something about it for *reasons*. Maybe instead of current payouts we should be asking them to increase the payouts for the winners while decreasing the payouts for the losers....
