Okay, I haven't seen this next one at all beyond a 6 & 1/2 minute clip I saw on youtube. I'm posting it up here so we can all share my reaction when I read the series description.

Right now I'm going down the list of anime on animeplus.tv because if you view the list by clicking on a letter at the top and viewing just the animes starting with that letter it gives you: The animes name, whether it's a series or a movie, a desription, the picture of the anime, how many stars its gotten (and how many votes), wether it's completed or ongoing, and when it was released.

Revolutionary Girl Utena, all the way!! My all time favorite anime. It's just awesome and magical.... and it makes me feel like I can become a prince (as well as anyone who believes, yes that means you too).
Also, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time is really good. It somehow manages to capture a strong feeling of nostalgia and you're never too old for nostalgia.
But the first Anime I fell in love with was Nausicaa and she'll forever be my model of a strong woman. So here's my list:
