List of animes taken from my Netflix que, Crunchyroll que, shows I own, and ones I've bookmarked online.
I'll mark any I can remember being nsfw (be it due to them containing immense gore (yes, right now I'm counting that too), nudity, being an ecchi (with or without nudity), or if I can remember it being rated TV-MA) so search at your own risk. In no particular order:
- Black Rock Shooter (tv)
- Black Rock Shooter (OVA/movie) (beyond having some of the same characters they are completely unrelated)
- Gundam 00
- Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
- Angel Beats
- Gurren Lagann
- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni *NSFW*
- Elfen Lied *NSFW*
- Spice and Wolf
- Level E
- Tenchi Muyo War on Geminar *NSFW*
- Castle in the Sky
- Hellsing Ultimate *NSFW*
- Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

- Dance in the Vampire Bund *NSFW*
- Kaze No Stigma
- So I can't play H *NSFW*
- The world God only knows
- Excel Saga *NSFW (last episode only)*
- Burst Angel
- Desert Punk *NSFW*
- Needless
- Canaan
- D. Gray Man
- Vandread
- Black Butler
- Eden of the East
- Chrome Shelled Regios
- Witchblade *NSFW*
- Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt *NSFW* (I know what your thinking, and it's not that kind of anime)
- Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan (AKA Beat to Death Angel Dokuro-Chan)
- Deadman Wonderland*NSFW*
- My Bride is a Mermaid
- [C]: Control - the Money and Soul of Possibility
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
- Heaven's Lost Property *NSFW*
- Fate - Stay Night
I have more, but I feel enough people will be in awe/mad about my massive post, so I'll leave it at that. (I sure hope a moderator doesn't confuse something being nsfw for being something *ehem* else and ban me) >_>" |

SoTa PoP wrote:Hulu's collection of anime is probably bigger then Crunchyroll - but Crunchy gives 1080p quality <3 Crunchyroll also has ads and in order to watch it on your ps3 you need to be premium (also don't get HD unless premium & you hafta wait one week after release to watch it unless premium)...... But to watch it on a Roku box or cell phone or just on your computer you can be a free member... -_- why you hatin on my ps3 Chrunchyroll?
Also thanks to their INSANE censorship I found myself being unable to watch some shows. Here's one that shouldn't have been censored:
Something needs censoring? CENSOR THE ENTIRE SCREEN!!!!!!! (make the entire screen go white, or in some cases, remove the scene entirely) And it gets worse when you find out the reason for censoring some of them over the top like that is cus they wanted them to be more "family friendly" *facepalm* Charger girl Juden-Chan isn't family friendly even with the censors.
None of the shows they did this to are the kind that a parent would let their kid watch unless he/she already knew about *ehem* that stuff in which case the censors are unnecesary and just make everyone mad.
While I'm here I might as well add some more shows. (I can't remember if any were nsfw, so your on your own)
- Tegami Bachi Letter Bee
- A Dark Rabbit has Seven Lives
- 11eyes
- Astarotte's Toy
- Dragon Crisis
- Moribito
- Hell Girl (I can't remember which one I saw)
- Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere
- Inu x Boku Secret Service
- SHANGRI-LA
- Magicians Academy
- Samurai Bride
- Negima! Magister Negi Magi
- Ah! My Goddess
- Samurai Bride (? That's the name it has on Chrunchyroll but I found it by a different name online)
- Cat Planet Cuties (Cruchyroll thinks it's called Bombshells From the Sky)
- Familiar of Zero F
- Kamisama Kiss
*singsong voice* I've still got more! |

Well I got so bored I went through every single section of the Playstation Store and I saw that you could buy and rent anime off of PSN. Just thought you guys might want to know.
Might as well post some more:
- Baccano!
- Aria: The Scarlet Ammo
- Corpse Princess
- Dragonaut: The Resonance
- Freezing *NSFW*
- Gad Guard (I think it was a good show, but I can't remember for sure)
- Baldr Force EXE (Same as above)
- Is This a Zombie? (Haven't seen much of it but from what I have seen it's good)
- Rideback
- The Sacred Blacksmith *NSFW*
- Shakugan no Shana (watch it subbed. They change the English voice actors when they go from season 1 to season 2 and it ruins it)
- Shuffle (possibly nsfw, I can't remember)
- Good Luck Ninomiya-kun (same as above)
- Str.A.In: Strategic Armored Infantry

I now own a copy of the Limited Edition Black Rock Shooter (TV).
Some more good animes:
- Mysterious Girlfriend X (It's old and I just found it, went through it in two days: loved every second of it)
- Seikon No Qwaser *NSFW* (If you wanna have a good laugh compare the uncensored version to the censored version)
- Majikoi Samurai Girls *NSFW*
- Eureka Seven (I only got to watch first episode before I stopped: They had censors on swears (I hate you Adult Swim). Can somene link me to a website with medium quality (My computer sucks, I built it from scraps so it can't handle high quality without freezing up) english dubbed?)
- Fairy Tail (having problems finding epsiode past 20-something because they stopped having medium quality english dubbed and I can't find another website that does)
- Oh! Edo Rocket
Does anyone know a website with the last few episode of Hellsing Ultimate (9 & 10) in English dubbed medium quality? the website I was using trolled me by switching to english subbed without letting me know.
Lol, I can't remember what animes I've posted already and I don't feel like double posting them or reading through all my old posts checking them off a list as I go. |

- My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute *sworta NSFW*
- Neo Ranga (It"s old (1998-1999), I'm on episode 15 out of 48, but it's ok so far, not great though)
- Full Metal Panic (I thought I posted you already... <.<)
- Girls Bravo *NSFW* (What is going on here? I thought I posted both of them but they don't appear when I type them in search)
- Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls
- Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride (Season 2 of the above) (yes I know I posted this before, but for some reason I only posted season 2)) *Both NSFW*
- Inu X Boku SS (The SS stands for Secret Service, so you might find it with that instead of SS)
- Kaze no Stigma (Seriously, has a moderator been removing shows from my posts? o.O)
- Sgt. Frog
- Popotan
- Puchim@s
- Sands of Destruction (WHERE ARE ALL OF YOU GOING!?)
Also:
I haven't been able to see it yet but the trailers looked good.
Okay, I haven't seen this next one at all beyond a 6 & 1/2 minute clip I saw on youtube. I'm posting it up here so we can all share my reaction when I read the series description.
- Colorful (dis one is probably, most likely, almost certainly, positively gunna be *NSFW*)
This is it's description on the webiste where I found it:
The adventures (and mis-adventures) of Men, staring, peeking, glacing, looking, glaring at women and their efforts to get that extra eyefull of harmlessly exposed panties, bra, and occasional cleavage. Following at most, a few regular males and the outragious concequences of their actions.
...WUT...
Right now I'm going down the list of anime on animeplus.tv because if you view the list by clicking on a letter at the top and viewing just the animes starting with that letter it gives you: The animes name, whether it's a series or a movie, a desription, the picture of the anime, how many stars its gotten (and how many votes), wether it's completed or ongoing, and when it was released.
I found another that shared the same reaction as before:
An anime version of PowerPuff Girls..... |

*hands over ears, in fetal position, murmuring to self, obviously psychotic* "Season 2 does not exist, season 2 does not exist, season 2 does not exist..."
If you think about touching season 2... *DON'T!! They changed the art style completely (as well as the character design) (brown eyed girl changes to red eyed girl) and the original style feels so much better for this series. (some people might be able to adapt, but after the first scene with the new characters I turned it off, I didn't like the direction it looked to be heading.) I've heard that it has a more focused story line then the first season, but I can't get past the animation.
Terminally ill/about to die/horribly traumatized, orphan girls get their bodies modified and then brainwashed into becoming assassins. They know they've been brainwashed, and they know the stuff they do isn't normal. But they try to live their lives anyway. Each girl is paired with a handler who cares for them in battle and out. The greatest things the girls want is to be praised by their handler, who is the most important person to each of them.
Series focuses more on the characters than senseless violence. (although there is a good amount of action scenes) So I'd say that this can be classified as an emotional piece.
*once again, this is my personal opinion |

Defiantly watch the first season though. 7/10 Ya, I did the same thing when I got to season 2, what's worse was I was on Instant Netflix too. Once I confirmed it was the same show I skipped though a bunch of episodes and just watched a few seconds of each, just to make sure it wasn't a flashback or hallucination or something and that was the reason for the changes. Why would they make those changes? |

I wasn't planning on posting these shows yet but since we've had a good number of posts without anyone listing anime I suppose I should remedy that.
- Moonphase
- B Gata H Kei
- My ordinary life
- Kamisama dolls (somehow slipped through the cracks and didn't get posted till now)
- So I can't play H
Since it's a short list I'll give you guys some bonus shows that aren't from my list. Keep in mind these are shows that my lesbian fujoshi (term for women who fangirl whenever there's yaoi) friend likes.

Yes I know these may not be the very best but it's from what I've seen so far My god you poor little man. I feel sorry for you.
On a happy/sad side not: I found my copy of
- Castle in the sky (GO WATCH IT, like NOW)
which I've been missing for like, 4-7 years. (my brain has difficulty telling time, so I'm sorta winging it)
Unfortunately the disk is severely scratched (still playable though) but I don't know how much longer it'll last and I'm having difficulty burning a copy.
I also found out that Windows 8 and 8.1 (normal and pro) DON'T EVEN COME WITH DVD PLAYBACK ABILITY! So I had to watch on my PS3, but really, they're selling dvd playback separately. (windows 9 probably won't even come with a GUI, you'll have to buy it separately)
Any recommendations on software for burning a copy? (I've only got one DVD player fyi) It's got a huge scratch going all the way from the hole in the middle to the outer edge, I'm amazed it still plays. |

higurashi, and future diary came to mind while writing it but I decided against them, Candy Boy also came to mind but I thought starting with a yuri might be too far. (see, I have a conscience, I just ignore it)
would you like me to let him wade in before dunking him? fine... full metal panic darker than black black lagoon ghost in the shell Mirai Nikki
I like how you list Future Diary anyway, you just disguise it with it's untranslated name. (Mirai Nikki)
FMA doesn't actually follow the manga, making it essentially fan-fiction. It follows the manga (and official storyline) during the beginning, but diverts to it's own ending mid-way through
FMA:B follows the storyline all the way including how the series ends. (So ya, FMA has a fake ending) It is good to watch them both though because FMA covers some things that FMA:B doesn't. Like how Riza gets Black Hayate (her dog). But if you only watch one, watch Brotherhood.
So I used DVDFab and it worked, but it replaced the actual menu with a stupid one and gave me adds for it at certain points throughout the movie (I sped through it to see how it turned out) I also think it dropped the quality a bit.
Is Roxio any good? I've seen people using it.
I was just on Amazon looking at buying Spirited Away (our copy got lost/destroyed at some point) and Kiki's Delivery Sevice.
Kiki's Delivery Service had 2 versions, one with the original style box art, and one with Disney up at the top (the image was different too). Feel like guessing the prices for new copies?
Disney: $18.96 Original: $58.95 (original was also going new for $208.28, lol) |

I sort of hold FMA in the same regard as I hold Black Rock Shooter (OVA), amazing on it's own, but If you compare it to another version (FMA:B and Black Rock Shooter (TV)), well... There's just no comparison, the other versions are just that much better.
*At least, if you're talking about the big twist that involved Alphonse and the philosopher stone (like, about episode 50 of FMA methinks) and not the twist that was just the philosopher stone in general. Wow, approaching major spoil territory with this post, better watch out.
I'd rewatch FMA:B but I wouldn't rewatch FMA. Too long and I'll just sit there wishing I was watching Brotherhood. |

You're finding them on the PS3 app? I might have to uninstall/reinstall it then, cus even with search I'm not getting those shows. |

Got some moar!
- Log Horizon
- FLCL (AKA Fooly Cooly) (English dub)
- Steins;Gate (English dub)
I tried to come up with something to say about FLCL and Steins;Gate, but I couldn't get it down right. I'M SORRY! I'VE FAILED YOU!.. But then I realized I can just copy paste the summaries.
Steins;Gate wrote:Rintaro Okabe is a self-proclaimed GÇ£mad scientistGÇ¥ who believes that an international scientific organization named SERN is conspiring to reshape the world according to its own interests. He and his friend Itaru Hashida inadvertently create a gadget able to send messages to the past. The discovery and experimentation of this instrument become the catalyst of fundamental alterations to the present. Okabe is the only one aware of these changes because he possesses a Reading Steiner, the ability to retain the memories from previous experienced timelines. Oblivious of the consequences of their actions, Rintaro and his friends end up creating modifications of grievous proportions. He must then try to find a way to return as close as possible to the original timeline in order to save his precious lab partners.
FLCL wrote:Naota is a normal Japanese 6th grade boy (although a little cynical), but when his older brother leaves for America to play baseball, his brother leaves his homeless 17 year old girlfriend Mamimi behind. Mamimi is sending mixed signals and advances to Naota, and he doesnGÇÖt know what to do about her. But to make matters worse, NaotaGÇÖs world is totally turned upside down when he is run over by a woman on a Vespa. During their first encounter, she hits him over the head with her guitar, which then causes a horn to grow out of his forehead. She calls herself GÇ£HarukoGÇ¥ and her presence changes NaotaGÇÖs life to even further insanity.

It starts off kinda slow and confusing since all the characters if I remember correctly. But give it a couple episodes Madoka Magica isn't your typical magical girl anime... It starts off as one.. But dat ep 3.. Is the Dub good? Cause I'm about 10 minutes into the first episode, and I go Sub over Dub until told otherwise. If I'm gonna switch now is the time. Watch Madoka Magica subbed.

Don't watch Chaos;Head, it's pretty bad. I'm not rewatching something because I have difficulty doing that. I've only ever managed to rewatch a handful of the shows I've seen.

Lol Ghost Kaisar, which episode did you just finish? Also, SHHHHHH, Spoilers! Don't let the people who haven't seen it know something's up!
When I find a new show to watch I normally sit there with English dub in one tab and English sub in another, I then go through the first episode alternating back and forth, watching all scenes with both, and then I decide which one I like.

Did you remember to see the extra scene after the credits? Almost all animes have a bonus scene after the credits. (some have them after every episode)
Puchim@s Have some cute Moeblob goodness to get you out of your depression. Although I personally didn't do anything for the rest of the day and went to sleep early after I first watched Madoka Magica.
There are more episodes to Puchim@s than that, but those are the only ones on youtube and I haven't seen the others.

What's with that site? I checked the first episode on that site and compared it to the first episode of this site http://www.waoanime.tv/anime/mayoi-neko-overrun/ and they aren't the same.
To get the same episode you have to watch one of the mirrors on the first site. The first episode at the 2nd site seems more like the actual 1st episode. So something's up with the 1st sites mirrors.

Been a while since I posted, hope I can remember all the good shows I've seen since I last posted.
- Fate/Zero
- Blue Exorcist
- Blood-C
- Engaged to the unidentified
- Mahoromatic
- Mayoi Neko Overrun!
- Problem Children are Coming from Another World, aren't they?
- Kemeko Deluxe (I can't find it in my posts even though I'm certain I posted it)
I think that's all of them but I'm not 100% certain, I don't have access to Netflix right now so I can't check if I saw some on there.
Can someone give me the correct order for watching all of Evangelion? I've been planning on watching it for a long time and I think I'm finally going to get around to it but I'm not certain of which ones to watch and in what order.

I am only six episodes into this one but I am so hooked that this earns 4th place already.
Once your done with Fate/Stay Night you should watch Fate/Zero. It's a prequel to Fate/Stay Night.
