Well I suppose I could initiate a trade but I still don't know much about the Parians because we've not really developed a rapport.... you guys not appearing to have much to trade, and you yourself admitted that a few posts ago. That said there is no chance me trading you the knowledge of Ragnites existence or quantities of it as a raw material if I am not going to be able to replicate the technology you offer me.
