Mmmmm yeah I like it too. I have a few ideas for Intrigues as the Mur plot develops especially featuring the Maelstrom and Man'tiel however for the Mur I am quite convinced they are secure in the knowledge that they are the ones exporting their culture quite effectively through trade.

More Lore:
The Scattered - A splinter group of Artigians who believe that Artuga should belong only to the Artugians and all outlanders should be enslaved or killed. They also believe that the Ancestors are angry and have cursed Artuga due to their alliances. Their numbers are unkown and their influence is unkown.
The Shattered Blade - A secret police force/spy network set up by Mila and Mo'q to combat the Scattered and bring justice to those who dare break the treaty or harm outlanders without reason. They are made up of elite warriors and path finders who can pass a brutal and almost fatal screening process, which includes an extremely thorough interrogation. Due to the nature of their work, the blood law forbidding the use of their claws against other Artugians, doea not apply to them (inspired by KGB, SAS and GIGN)
Edit: Forgot to add, those who end up joining the Shattered Blade, give up their tribe, clan and family in service of keeping the treaty, sustaining alliances and protecting Artuga.

Hmmmm welp what's a Sia'tri to do? Probably offer to join them but not before I turn this Artyee over the Stormdaughters. However seems like he can't. Despite wanting to do right by Artuga he can't just go AWOL on the Southern Isle Mur..... especially not with what is going to be happening.
If anyone remember them they are the female devotees of Vinnetir who is god of storms, war, and the male Passion. Also you'll remember that they like taking foreigners alive of various reasons that I've not outlined yet. And damn they've been wanting to get their hands on a live Artugan.
I've got some methods for the things they might do to their victims so let me know if anything might get some information out of her.

He can offer to be a consultant and liason between the Stormdaughters and the Shattered Blade. I mean if you think about it, he is perfect, seeing as he is the most trusted Mur in Artuga not to mention the first outlander to be made Artugian in all but blood.
As for getting information out of her, I'd say have fun with it. She has already had her claws broken, which is extremely painful and degrading for an Artugian tongo through, shes been stabbed by claws, beaten to a bloody pulp. The only thing they haven't tried yet is venom and antidote. Mainly because Artugians do not have a way of making an antidote yet.
