After the addition of energizers.. its almost guaranteed that CCP is going with option 1. Get shields up to around 30-50 hp/s so you can get armor up to 10-15 hp/s and they can still have their unique feel while making armor reps existent at all.

Very interesting request. However... energized plating is damage resist on vehicles. In the interest of keeping things organized I don't think we should reuse the name. Charged Plating Magnetized Plating etc etc... but anyways.. interesting idea.

We just need a more complete 'rifle' tree in general. RR, CR, ScR, LR all still need regular variants as well as officer variants. Pretty sure it was all put on hold so Remnant could build a new system that will nerf logi bonuses into the ground...
