Honestly, I want the MCRU to only be a native mod to all dropships (minus ADS; also that can be turned on and off) with the Logi ships getting a -10% spawn time for per level. Either that or give the skill a -5-10% per level bonus.

I think the idea is fine for STD for beginners and ADV to give them an idea to work toward, but by the time they hit proto they should know how to fit a suit. Just my opinion.

Only if there's a vehicle webifing equipment. Basically works like a tripmine: vehicle gets too close it trips it and and AoE webbing effect is cast X-m (8-10 probably) for a short time, enough for AV to get a few shots in (so like 3-4sec perhaps).
