I also feel each race should have two equipment bonuses in logi. Gallente and Caldari also need just two different flavors of Hybrid bonus that apply to all hybrids.

The assault rifle received a relative buff as the other rifles were nerfed harder. I think it could have used a bigger buff but overall this should make them better than they were recently in comparison to the other weapons.
